This is a summer long program that empowers young people between the ages of 13-17 to become forerunners in the struggle for social, political, environmental and economic justice. The young people develop leadership skills in community organizing and development, while preserving and learning about the cultural arts prevalent in the Mexican-American community.
Several partnerships with community based organizations in the city make this program possible.
The 2014 program starts in June and ends in August. To enroll or for more information about this program and an opportunity to participate year-round with the youth leaders email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
